Alert: Kitchen Thief Still At Large

I left town on Monday and when I returned, I was horrified to discover that someone had stolen my kitchen. Don't ask me why anyone would want to steal laminate coated mdf cabinets and louvered doors but they did. It just goes to show you that there is no accounting for taste, even among thieves. I just wish they had taken the laminate island, parquet floor and track lights while they were at it. Maybe I'll leave the doors unlocked tomorrow and see if they might return for the rest.
Anyhoo, I guess this means the remodel has officially begun! Adios 80's, there's a new decade in town.

Welcome to the 21st century! Hey, at least you didn't have to help huh? I can't wait to see what you guys decide to do with it! I am a big fan of kitchens. I am so impressed that it's not all trashed still. We would probably have big piles of stuff still everywhere.

Wow I wish they could come to the east coast and steal a kitchen, a bathroom, hey how about a house. Even your gutted place looks better then then one we are living at now. Can't wait to get home to my walnut cabinets and granite counter top! Okay, so I have a few more years to wait. At least my get away shop apt has a nicer kitchen than the one we are in here. Keep us posted with the pictures! Looks like fun :)

Wowzers...Jeff went to town! Cool. At least you still have some working parts - so you're not washing dishes in the bathtub...at least not yet! :-)
